DC Textiles was founded in 2010 as a UK office for the group, to manage orders manufactured through our factories. 

 

We created the business following 41 years of successful trading in the clothing industry,  identifying a need for quick turnaround , quality printed jersey. 

 

Our main production is, plain, printed or embroidered jersey;  including tees, hoods and polos. We also produce cotton/poly fashion wear such as track pants, vests and leggings.

 

Every part of the production process is controlled to guarantee quality, control and consistency. Our team of professional merchandisers based in the UK provide our customers with critical paths and updates.

 

Now in 2013 we have expanded into new offices and warhousing in the UK. We have a range of retail quality "essential" blanks that we sell into the UK and Europen print and promotional market.  

 

For our bespoke customers we are able to hold stock and distribute thoughout Europe. We now work with some of the world leading high street brands.

1. Total Control

 

Having offices in the UK is the key to our control. It allows us to communicate directly with our customers while also having direct contact with the factories. This allows a fast flow of information through the whole production process.  

 

 

2. Consistency of fabric

 

All our fabrics are produced by using consistent quality yarns that are made on the same knitting machines. This enables us to reproduce the exact hand feel, weight, quality & colour for repeat orders every time.

 

 

3. Vertical factory for total control

 

We do not sub-contract any part of the production process. This allows total control to maintain all critical path dates and carefully monitor all QC procedures.

 

 

4. Print & application expertise

 

With 40 years experience producing technical printed jersey for retail we are very proud of our in-house print and embriodery facilities in our factory. The systems we have in place allow us to produce printed or embrioded garments to specific customer requirements. 

 

 

5. Fast turnaround and low minimums

 

Our production time is 6-8 weeks from confirmed PO. This includes prototypes, lab dips, fabric knitting & dyeing, CMT, print, seal samples and shipment samples. We use the fastest shipping lines and delivery into our UK warehouse takes 18-24 days.

 

 

6. Fulfillment allowing multiple deliveries in UK and Europe

 

Product arriving into the UK can be delivered direct or be held at our UK warehouse. We offer storage, timed deliveries or split orders and shipping to multiple destinations.
